As a premium developer, the properties were built with renewable energy at the forefront, in an exclusive location.
KNEPP ESTATE
Knepp Castle Estate
Falcon Energy were instructed by the Knepp Estate, a 3500 acre estate in West Grinstead, to review their portfolio of properties to ensure they were compliant with the new EPC rating standards that were introduced in 2018. The estate boasts 150 properties which include a wide variety of cottages, houses, offices and light industrial units for rent. The residential properties.
RECTORY HOMES
14 unit site SAP design and testing
Falcon Energy were delighted to work with Rectory Homes on a 14 scheme unit. The project required Falcon Energy’s expertise in new build SAP design and testing as the site had no access to a gas supply. Due to this, the development required alternative heating sources that complied with the SAP and could be delivered within the strict budget.

Persimmon Homes South East
Our team worked on a five-phase development of over 200 units (houses and apartments) for Persimmon Homes, at a beautiful site in Dartford, Kent. The project had a cost of over £5m and was a mix of private and housing association units, with commercial units included in the scheme.

Falcon Energy were proud to work with Vanderbilt Homes on an exclusive property development set in the historic St Leonard’s Forest, West Sussex. The £6 million project created four high spec, traditionally designed family homes.
