Private, gated development of four detached five bedroom homes

Falcon Energy were proud to work with Vanderbilt Homes on an exclusive property development set in the historic St Leonard’s Forest, West Sussex. The £6 million project created four high spec, traditionally designed family homes.

Built over 12 months, our team acted as the testing consultant and carried out essential air pressure testing and Part F extract testing for the large, bespoke units. Vanderbilt Homes set the air pressure target low for the size of the properties at 6 or below.

In each of the properties - Acorn House, Cherry Tree House, Birchwood House, Lime Tree House - we ensured all standards were met and tested flow rates, providing certification upon achievement. As we were involved from start to finish, our team were able to advise the site on potential issues and ensured the testing passed the first time. This saved time and money for the developer as no remedial action was required.

Once the beautifully designed project was completed, Vanderbilt Homes were able to present stylish, energy efficient dream homes for families that will provide lasting memories for many years to come.

All new builds must meet requirements for sustainability to have certification for planning authorities and potential buyers. We were happy to ensure the smooth running of air testing to pass inspection for the developer and peace of mind for buyers.
